Job Description:
The Sales Manager at Zluri plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by leading and managing a high-performing sales team. This individual will be responsible for formulating and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced and competitive SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive customer acquisition, expansion, and retention.
- Identify target market segments, industries, and customer personas to focus sales efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales goals with marketing, product, and customer success initiatives.
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs, and provide ongoing performance feedback and coaching.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers.

Qualifications:
- 3-8 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar role in the SaaS industry.
