About the role:

As a Technical Writer at Zluri, you will play a crucial role in transforming complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our customers, partners, and internal teams have access to accurate and comprehensible materials. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, exceptional writing skills, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Document Creation and Maintenance: Create and maintain a wide range of technical documentation, including user documentation, API documentation, tutorials, implementation guides, product walk-through videos, and release notes.

2. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), software engineers, product managers, and other team members to gather information and ensure the accuracy and completeness of documentation.

3. Content Organization: Develop logical and structured information architecture to make documents easy to navigate and comprehend.

4. Review and Editing: Review and edit documents for grammar, style, and accuracy, and ensure compliance with company guidelines and industry best practices.

5. User-Centered Approach: Focus on the end-users' needs and experience, making technical information accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.

6. Content Localization: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that documentation is translated accurately and maintains its effectiveness in multiple languages.

7. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and accessibility of documentation.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).

- Proven experience as a technical writer, for at least 3 years, preferably in SaaS.

- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.

- Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex technical concepts.

- Proficiency in documentation tools and software (e.g., GitHub, Notion, JIRA).

- Strong project management and organizational skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
