Experienced within 2 years.
Candidate’s preferred location can be Bangalore.
Effective communication skills.
Should be able to onboard and train new customers.
Build and strengthen customer relationships.
Manage incoming calls, emails and chats
Handle appropriate follow ups with customers, address, resolve and record any customer issues that arise pertaining to business growth.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to create Power point presentations
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to the work culture.
Should be able to gather customer feedbacks on a timely basis.
Should be a customer advocate.
Develop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.
Should be flexible with shift timings.
Work with accounts at risk and proactively manage accounts and to be aware of any potential risks.
Work closely with product team to provide input on road map priorities for the customers.
