Roles and responsibilities


1. Execute critical customer processes like inputting customer data into our platform and stellar attention to detail to ensure quality analysis of customer data and data integrity

2. Demonstrate strong business judgment and understanding in reading and interpreting complex vendor contracts

3. Create and respond to customer support tickets if required

4. Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to identify ways to deliver more value to customers and ensure we are being responsive to customer needs

5. Provide thoughtful feedback to our Product and Engineering teams on our contract data model and product functionality


Required Skills and Experience 


1. Expertise with Microsoft Excel

2. Experience working with, reading, and interpreting software contracts is preferred

3. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and reporting skills

4. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

5. Strong team player with a positive attitude and multi-tasking skills

6. Familiarity with Freshdesk , Jira, or other reporting and analytics tools is a plus
