What You’ll Do
Play a critical role in shaping the product & technical vision for the team while working closely with product and business leaders across the company.
Be an authority on the architecture and design for the team's work. Contribute to design and code reviews.
Build, lead, develop and coach teams of top technical talent; plan staffing and recruitment decisions.
Define, implement and refine processes to make your team more effective.
Nurture a culture of innovation and experimentation.
Plan pace of delivery to balance high-growth urgencies while avoiding burnout.
Ownership of end to end customer experience for your team’s products.
What You’ll Need
Mandatory
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in computer science or related discipline.
Strong computer science fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, operating systems, etc.
6-10 years of core software product development experience, designing and building web applications.
Experience in taking architecture design and tech stack decisions for systems working at high scale and low latencies.
Understanding of at least one backend language in depth e.g. Java, Python, Go, Node JS.
Experience managing/mentoring a small-medium team.
Experience leading small-medium scale projects end-to-end on your own.
Passion for building a data-driven culture, growing talent, and hunger for making a big impact.
