About the opportunity

Product Sales Specialist at Zluri.
We are looking for candidates that have previous experience or interest in selling business
applications, fluency with tech solutions and data analysis.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in solving complex business problems
with technology & innovation.
Product Specialists will work in close collaboration with sales team in addition to
engineering, cross-functional leaders and founders.

Roles & Responsibilities

 Be the product solutions expert, with regular learning of all new features and
 Identify client needs and demonstrate how they can leverage Zluri SaaS platform to
derive value.
 Coordinate and organize technical support for demos, PoCs, support of evaluation, and
 Be the second layer (L2/L3) support on customer reported issues, use logs, queries to triangulate the issue and work with engineering to provide resolution. Own RCA,  and track SLAs on all support tickets.
 Analyse data and address client questions, and reasons for potential data discrepancy.
 Identify customer needs and translate them into tangible business opportunities.
 Connect with customers and build relationships to provide value.
 Review and execute internal communications and coach associates in exceptional
service, consultative selling.
 Consult with customers, ask open ended questions to offer them appropriate options.
 Identify new revenue opportunities from existing / new clients.
 Swiftly respond and close all the RFQ's and RFI's in coordination with relevant teams.
 Provide inputs to the product strategy and roadmap
 Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver
growth outcomes.
 Partner with Marketing and Sales on articulating value proposition, align on growth
strategies and product positioning.
 Keep abreast of the latest developments within the industry, market intelligence &
competition tracking.

Preferred qualifications:

 3-5 years in Product Sales of B2B enterprise software solutions, POC implementation, on-
time delivery with a consistent quality.
 Experience with large & complex datasets, Data Analysis & SQL.
 Knowledge of REST APIs, testing integrations with postgress
 Bachelor's Degree in business, business administration, engineering or science.
 Prior experience as a consultant.
 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, data analytics, and stakeholder management skills.
 High bias for action with a demonstrable history anticipating client needs and being
ready with solutions.
 Understanding of different cultures/comfort working with global teams, and the ability to
influence cross-functional leadership.
 Knowledge of SaaS products and digital trends, landscape, and user needs across various
industry segments.
