Zluri (https://www.zluri.com) is a comprehensive SaaS Operations (SaaSOps) management platform for IT teams. It helps IT teams Discover, Manage, Secure, and Comply across multiple SaaS applications, all from a single dashboard. In short, Zluri puts the IT team back in control of their new SaaS-ified landscape.
We are looking for Customer Success Associate, who can help craft the company's customer success strategies, building strong relationships with customers and collaborating with cross-functional leaders internally to deliver consistently excellent customer experiences.
Handling & resolving customer queries via incoming calls, emails, and chats
Handling appropriate follow-ups with customers to address, resolve and record any issues pertaining to business growth
Gathering & organizing feedback from customers in a timely manner
Upselling on individual accounts, as appropriate
Collaborating effectively with customers to build and strengthen relationships, and foster customer loyalty & retention
Working with accounts at risk, and proactively managing accounts to identify and minimize potential risks
Working closely with the product team to provide input on road map priorities for the customers
Collaborating closely with customers and cross-training them as required
The candidate must have experience working with international clients (preferably US and/or UK)
Total work experience should not exceed 2 years
Should possess exceptional communication skills
Hands-on experience in onboarding and training new customers
Build and strengthen customer relationships.
Should be flexible with shift timings.
Should be a customer advocate.
Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel & PowerPoint
